New Paleo Plan

   So little update I HAVE gone to the gym or worked out almost everyday since my boyfriend decided to be a hater. I don’t know how much weight I have lost though because my scale has decided to be difficult. Hopefully it’s something significant.

   Anyways, I wanted to make a quick post because I have decided to try out going Paleo. I have bee doing a lot of research on it and even though it will be difficult, I know I can (can’t) do it! I’ll have to do away with my favorite food: popcorn. But I don’t eat a lot of bread and pasta so that part won’t be too difficult. Cheese, not so easy, but it’s worth a try. So, over the next 30 Days (starting Sunday Jan 20), I will be powering out Paleo Meals! Yes, that’s one everyday! What am I thinking???

    I’ll go a little more into what a Paleo diet is but the simplest description would be to pretend you are a caveman. If you can’t hunt or gather it, don’t eat it. It’s getting back to the type of diets our bodies are designed to ingest. If you want to do a little reading get this book:


It’s a really great book and I’m learning a lot !
